Purchases are available on line 24/7, prices are in CDN.$ Purchasing by fax, phone, mail please print out our convenient order form. We accept both Visa and Mastercard

When placing orders online Stony Plain Tack provides our customers with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technoogy. SSL is used to encrypt your information prior to being sent, this prevents unauthorized access to your personal information.

Shipping & Backorders
All products are typically shipped by Canada Post within 24 hours of being purchased. You should expect to recieve your items within 1 to 10 business days. Should an item be out of stock the option will not be available in the shopping cart. Our shipping charges are weight based with no additional shipping fees at time of delivery.

The shopping cart is very user freindly, you can shop and press check out at thispoint you enter your name, address, shipping zone then it calculates the shipping charges before asking for any payments. At any timeit givesyou the option to cancel the order.

International shipping is available, shipping fee's will be quoted prior to processing unpon customer's approval.

Exchanges and Refunds
Requirements
- purchased within 30 days of request
- original receipt
- not used or damaged
- original tags attached
- obtain numbered E/R Authorization Form at sales@stonyplaintack.com
- complete E/R form and return for required Authorization number
- E/R Authorization number must appear on shipping container**

* We do not accept "COLLECT" shipments.
** Your shipment will be refused if the E/R Autherization Number does not appear on the outside of the shipping container.

Note: The E/R will be handled in the same efficiet manner as your purchase. In the event we have made an error or the products are defective Stony Plain Tack will refund the shipping in full to you.
