Kidney Flush

Overview
Kidney Flush Used as a cleaner for the kidneys. Increases blood flow through the kidneys. Provide anti-oxidant support to the kidneys. Support of the kidneys is important because it is one of the major pathways for breakdown and excretion of wastes and drugs, e.g. UREA (waste product of protein metabolism) and CREATININE (waste product of Creatine metabolism).

Dosage: Give 30cc daily for 7 to 10 days.

CAUTION: Not recommended for mares in foal.
CAUTION: Increase intake of potassium rich foods when consuming Kidney Flush.

Uva ursi / A mild diuretic and effective at reducing infection of the kidney and urinary tract.

Dandelion / Known as a blood purifier and an excellent source of calcium.

Corn Silk / A mild diuretic and used to treat chronic kidney infections.

Schizandra chinensis / A source of anti-oxidants beneficial to kidney tissue.

Horsetail / An excellent source of many minerals, especially silica.

Lysimachia christinae / Have diuretic properties and are used to strengthen kidney tissue and conserve potassium. Shown to increase kidney metabolism.
